By subscribing or using our services, you confirm that you have read and understood the following terms of use and SOSFOLLOWERS.DE can under no circumstances be held liable for any loss suffered by users who have not read the terms of use below. By placing an order with SOSFOLLOWERS, you automatically accept all of the Terms of Service set out below, whether you read them or not.

Article 1 : OBJECT

The present conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between SOS FOLLOWERS and the buyer, as well as the conditions that will apply to any purchase made through the commercial website www.sosfollowers.de, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer. The purchase of a product through this website implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these conditions of sale. These conditions of sale take precedence over any other general or specific condition not expressly approved by SOS FOLLOWERS. We reserve the right to change our terms of sale at any time. In this case, the conditions that were valid at the time the order was placed by the buyer apply.

The prices are given in € (Euro) and include the statutory VAT.
The prices of our products are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Service (or any part or content of the Service) at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any price change, suspension or interruption of the Service.

Article 3 : PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online on our website. These products or services may be available in limited quantities.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any particular person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or service we offer. All product descriptions and product prices are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to stop offering any product at any time. Any service or product offerings on this site are void where prohibited by law.

You will only use the SOSFOLLOWERS website in a manner that complies with any agreements made with Instagram/facebook/twitter/youtube/other social media sites on their individual Terms of Service page.

We do not guarantee that the quality of any product, service, information or other goods received or purchased will meet your expectations or that errors in the Service will be corrected. Due to Instagram updates or individual initiatives, there may be a loss of subscribers, likes, views, comments and other services sent to your account. Under no circumstances can sosfollowers.de be held liable for these losses. In addition, it is forbidden to purchase our services for a third party or company that has not agreed with you.

SOSFOLLOWERS is only used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook/TikTok account or social account and help to increase your "familiarity" solely.

We do not guarantee that your new followers will interact with you. We only guarantee that you will get the followers you pay for.

We do not guarantee that 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded photos.

German Instagram followers: The followers are introduced through German competitions. The people who follow you understand German. In terms of locality, they are mainly from France, but since the French language is not only spoken in France, you can also have accounts localized in other countries. As buying followers has its limits, we cannot guarantee that all the followers you will receive will be based in France.

If your Instagram account has more than 2000 followers, we cannot guarantee 100% delivery stability as we do not know the origin and quality of the followers previously delivered. We cannot recover any losses caused by your previous purchases or by having a low quality account that does not encourage following. If we notice unusual and large losses on your account, we will have to stop sending.

You will not upload anything to the SOSFOLLOWERS website, including nudity or any material that is not accepted by or appropriate for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook community or social media.

Private accounts are non-refundable. Please make sure your account is public before placing an order.

SOSFOLOWERS is in no way responsible for account suspension or image deletion by Instagram or Twitter or Facebook or YouTube or any other social media.

Article 4 : ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities purchased per person, household or order. These restrictions could include orders placed by or through the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting you at the email address and/or billing address/telephone number provided at the time the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit any orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to be from dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order and account information for all orders placed in our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Article 5 : TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payments are due on the day of the order.
The customer can place an order on this website and make his payment by credit card. Credit card payments are made through secured transactions provided by an online payment platform provider.
In the context of payments by credit card, SOS FOLLOWERS does not have access to data relating to the customer's means of payment. Payment is made directly at the bank.

Article 6 : DELIVERY

Delivery times may vary depending on the type of service and the quantity ordered.

The manual delivery will be released manually after receipt of payment. It will then be carried out within 24/72 working hours from the moment the order is accepted by the SOS FOLLOWERS website. This deadline may vary depending on the deadline requested by the customer when placing the order.

Our customer service is at your disposal to answer your questions:

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday: closed (but consultation hours can be held)
- Sunday: closed (but consultation hours can take place)

You can contact us via email or online chat on the website.

Orders placed outside of these times can be postponed to the next morning.

SOSFOLLOWERS does not guarantee delivery times for services. We offer our best estimate for when the order will be shipped. This is an estimate only and SOSFOLLOWERS will not issue a refund for orders that are pending processing if you feel it is taking too long.

SOSFOLLOWERS strives to deliver exactly what our retailers expect from us. We reserve the right to change any type of service if we deem it necessary to fulfill an order.

However, the customer may request the cancellation and refund of his order if the period originally foreseen is exceeded by more than 30 days.

IT IS IMPERATIVE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO ENSURE SMOOTH SHIPMENTS:

- Do not set the account to private (applies to all ordered services). If you set your profile to private during this period, no broadcasts can be made.

- Do not change names until the end of the broadcasts.

- Do not order elsewhere to avoid confusion regarding followers received. Lost followers obtained through purchases on other sites will not be compensated.

- It is strictly forbidden to use our services for accounts that do not belong to you and/or without the consent of the owner.

- Do not delete received followers. If we notice deletion actions, the shipments will be stopped and no refund can be requested.

If you do not follow these instructions, shipments will be automatically canceled and you may not receive your order.

We will not refund any orders that could not be delivered due to these conditions not being met. No refunds can be requested once shipments have begun.

Article 7 : REFUND

Once an order has been placed, there is no way to cancel it.

You agree that once you have made a payment, you will not file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason.

If you lodge a claim against us after placing an order, we reserve the right to cancel any future orders and ban you from our website. We also reserve the right to remove any follower or anything we have delivered to your Instagram/Facebook/Twitter clients or other social media accounts.

Orders placed in SOSFOLLOWERS will not be refunded or canceled once placed. You will receive a refund credit on your SOSFOLLOWERS account if the order is unavailable.

Orders that are misplaced or placed through a private account are not eligible for a refund. Be sure to confirm each order before placing it.

Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will result in termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

Due to Instagram updates or people's own initiative, you may experience loss of subscribers, likes, views, comments and other services sent to your account. In no event can sosfollowers.de be held liable for these losses.

Article 8 : INVOICE

SOS FOLLOWERS will send or provide the customer with an electronic invoice after each payment. The customer expressly agrees to receive the invoices electronically.

Article 9 : DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee or represent in any way that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, fast, secure or error-free. We do not guarantee that the results that may be obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that we may, from time to time, discontinue the Service indefinitely or terminate the Service at any time without prior notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk. The Service and all products and services made available to you through the Service are (unless otherwise expressly stated by us) provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for your use, without any representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infringement.
